I haven't returned anything myself, but I recall seeing their policy. I think you have a decent window and just need to follow their instructions on the website. I heard it was fine from a friend who returned a massager she didn't like.

I think it varies a bit, but usually pretty quick. My last order (a kit) took about a week to get to California. They have tracking so you can keep an eye on it once it ships.
